El certamen femenino de la Liga Mercedina de Fútbol iba cumplir este sábado 5 con la quinta fecha de Primera división, Los Carteros quedaban libres en la Zona C en una jornada que tenía tres encuentros en el Juan Carlos Biaggini de Vélez y dos más que se repartirán entre Suipacha y San Andrés de Giles sobre el final de la tarde. La lluvia obligó a suspender todo esperando su reprogramación que seguramente será el venidero fin de semana.
En Primera división iban a medirse Holanda vs. Gowland, ALFA vs. Vélez, AMFIP San Martín vs. Envión, Costa Brava vs. Trocha y El Frontón vs. Club Mercedes.

Zona A: 1° Costa Brava 8 puntos, 2° Holanda 5, 3° Trocha 4 y 4° Deportivo Gowland 1 unidad.

Zona B: 1° Alfa 12 puntos y 2° AMEFIP San Martín 9, 3° Vélez 3 y Envión 0 unidad.

Zona C: 1° El Frontón 9 puntos, 2° Club Mercedes 3 y 3° Los Carteros 0 unidad.

Las categorías menores van por la segunda fecha con una jornada que se llevará adelante en Sub 12 y 16 en cancha de Los Carteros de calle 26 entre 47 y 49. Todo dependiendo de la evolución del clima, por ello el sábado 5 se confirmará sí habrá inferiores el domingo.
